Biography of David Adedeji Adeleke- A.K.A DAVIDO

Today's celebrity biography is about one of our great, talented
musician known as.......Davido.

David Adedeji Adeleke is the hottest new artist to come out of
Nigeria. Born on 21st Nov 1992 in Atlanta, USA, but brought up in
Lagos , Nigeria, this young man is making serious waves in the
industry both in Nigeria and abroad following his huge breakthrough
into the music scene in 2011 with his hit debut song "Back When"
featuring Naeto C.

Davido is a son, a brother, an uncle, a singer, a songwriter and a student.
Despite the fact that his musical star is on the rise and although
he's booked for shows five out of seven days of the week Davido is
finishing his degree in Business Administration part time at Babcock
University, and has still managed to put finishing touches to his
heavily anticipated, debut album (O.B.O Genesis),about to drop this
summer via the record label HKN Music, which he co-owns.

The MTN brand ambassador, Davido began producing music at the tender
age of 13. After a few self-taught lessons in various studios, he
began to explore
the depths of music while in high-school as a member of a music group.
Keeping his eyes firmly on the ball, Davido began lending his talents
to many
up and coming artists based in Nigeria including Dammy Krane, NPZ and
more, truly defining the Afropop and Afrobeats sounds.
Being armed with such talent, today Davido is endorsed by the likes of
African music kings D'banj and Don Jazzy, as well as new superstars
Wizkid and Ice Prince. Being more than just a presence on a beat, the
young man has executed
the skills that have enabled collaborations with Nigerian household
names, Tuface, Naeto C, Olamide, Skales and Lynxxx.

Since Davido dropped his hugely successful follow up single, "Dami
Duro' in November 2011 , (produced by Shizzi and Co-produced by
Davido). "Dami Duro" is still currently number 1 on Trace's Africa
Chart and has topped every credible chart in this part of the world.
Outside of Africa, Davido's popularity is gaining momentum and he has
had the pleasure of performing on the same stage as people like
T-Pain, Keith Sweat, Fabolous, Cabo Snoop and many more. Davido is
young, talented and is definitely not a one-hit wonder, he is set to
stay put for a long time. The proof lies in his album, O.B.O (Omo Baba
Olowo) Genesis, out July 2012.

It's genuinely very difficult in this active life to listen news on TV, thus I only use the web for that reason, and get the
hottest information.
